02 Scheduling
Our planner will start working on getting your vehicle(s) delivered on time as soon as you send the required data. Everyone at Wolves derives personal satisfaction from achieving the best delivery times. We therefore do our utmost to exceed your expectations.
03 Keeping you informed
You can follow your transportation assignment via the online portal. And we provide status updates if required. Our drivers also work according to the Wolves W: fast, flexible and efficient. They are certified, experienced, and discuss the time and exact location of delivery with the contact person at the delivery address.
04 Delivery
Our drivers monitor the safety of your vehicle closely during transportation and during loading and offloading. Everything is carefully documented with photos of all loading and offloading operations. We also scan the signed bill of lading and ensure everything is uploaded to the online portal.
05 Administration
You can find everything in the convenient online portal: contracts, status updates, the signed bill of lading and photos. Because we like to make things easy for you, your invoice is sent in your preferred format. That way, you can easily integrate it into your own administration.
